2. What MissGPT provides

MissGPT helps users formulate thoughts, analyze situations, work with text, photos, files, and voice input, and receive structured AI-generated responses from different assistants.

• The service may provide inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated responses.
• AI responses are not medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice.
• Important decisions should be verified independently or with an appropriate qualified professional.

3. Account and access

Starting a private chat may require authentication through Apple or Google. You are responsible for access to your account, device security, and the accuracy of information you provide to the service.

MissGPT is intended for users aged 16 and older. If the law in your country requires parental or guardian consent to use digital services, you must obtain that consent before registering.

4. Plans, credits, and payment

MissGPT may offer paid Gold, Platinum, and Diamond plans, AI-credit packages, and other digital services. Prices, limits, available features, and plan names are shown on the pricing page before payment. Public information for the payment provider is available on the Payments.

• In the iOS app, digital access, subscriptions, and AI credits must be purchased through Apple In-App Purchase. In the web version, monobank activates 30-day digital access or an AI-credit package when available on the pricing page.
• Card payment data is processed by the payment provider; MissGPT does not store full bank-card details.
• AI-credit usage may vary by request format, including short text, long responses, photos, files, voice, or premium modes.
• After digital access is activated, payment for a used period or used credits is non-refundable except where required by law, in cases of an accidental duplicate payment, or when paid access cannot be provided for technical reasons.

5. Your content and files

You may send text, photos, screenshots, documents, voice recordings, and other materials to MissGPT. You confirm that you have the right to provide those materials and that they do not violate the rights of others.

• Do not upload another person's private data without permission.
• Do not submit illegal, harmful, violent, or discriminatory content.
• Do not use MissGPT for deception, fraud, harassment, system intrusion, or bypassing the rules of other services.

6. Data and privacy

MissGPT uses account data, messages, attachments, technical device data, and payment information only to operate the service, provide support, maintain security, improve quality, and meet legal obligations. The detailed policy is available on the Privacy Policy.

Some data may be shared with technical providers required to operate the service, including hosting, Apple/Google authentication, AI providers, payment systems, analytics, and security tools. We do not sell users' private chats to advertisers.

7. Availability and limitations

We aim to keep MissGPT reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation without errors, delays, technical downtime, or third-party provider limitations.

We may temporarily restrict or terminate access if we identify a violation of these Terms, suspicious activity, attempts to harm the service, failed payments, or a legal requirement.

8. Intellectual property

The MissGPT design, name, logos, interfaces, text, service structure, and other materials belong to MissGPT or are lawfully used. The user receives only the right to use the service within these Terms.

Your own content remains yours. By sending it to a chat, you grant MissGPT the technical right to process it to generate a response, save history, provide support, and operate service features.

9. Changes and contacts

We may update these Terms when features, plans, providers, laws, or service operations change. The current version will always be available on this page.
