Privacy Policy
This page explains what data MissGPT collects, why it is needed, who may receive it, how long it is stored, and how you can delete your account or contact us about privacy. Last updated: May 28, 2026.
1. Who is responsible for the data
MissGPT is provided by TRIAD NETWORKS LLC. For questions about privacy, data access, correction, or account deletion, contact privacy@missgpt.io or support@missgpt.io.
2. Data we collect
- Account data: email, name, profile photo, Apple or Google sign-in method, and user identifier.
- Chat data: messages, selected assistant, conversation history, and any attached photos, documents, or other files you submit.
- Payment data: plan, payment status, order identifier, amount, currency, and confirmation or refund events from the payment provider. MissGPT does not store full bank-card details.
- Technical data: IP address, approximate region, device type, browser, error logs, anti-abuse events, and cookie or localStorage state required for sign-in and service operation.
- Analytics: aggregated website or app usage events when needed for quality, security, and product development.
3. How data is used
We use data to operate MissGPT, including authentication, AI responses, history storage, file processing, plan activation, support, security, abuse prevention, error correction, and legal compliance.
We do not sell private chats to advertisers or use personal conversations to train general AI models without separate consent.
4. Who may receive data
To operate the service, some data may be processed by technical providers, including hosting services, Firebase/Google for sign-in and security, Apple for Sign in with Apple and App Store processes, AI providers for response generation, payment providers, analytics, and abuse-prevention services.
Providers receive only the data needed to perform their function and must protect it under their own terms and applicable law.
5. Storage and deletion
Account data and service records are retained while the account is active or as needed for service operation, security, accounting, dispute resolution, or legal requirements.
You can delete your account in MissGPT settings. After a request, MissGPT deletes or anonymizes personal data no longer needed for lawful purposes. Some payment or security records may be retained longer when required by law or for fraud prevention.
6. Your rights
You may request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or an explanation of how processing works. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent for future processing.
If you use Apple or Google sign-in, some account controls are also available in the relevant provider's settings.
7. User age
MissGPT is intended for users aged 16 and older. If your country requires parental or guardian consent for digital services, that consent must be obtained before creating an account.
8. Contacts and changes
We may update this policy when features, providers, laws, or MissGPT operations change. The current version will always be available on this page.
