2. AI-credit top-ups

Top-ups are available to users who run out of AI credits before the end of a paid 30-day period. A top-up does not replace the main plan and can be used only within an active MissGPT account.

3. Payment method

In the web version, payment is processed online through monobank acquiring or another connected payment service. Full card data, CVV, and payment details are processed by the payment provider; MissGPT does not store the full card number.

4. Digital delivery

• MissGPT provides digital access without physical delivery.
• Access is activated after successful payment, confirmation from monobank, and the user signing in to their account.
• If access or AI credits are not activated automatically, email support@missgpt.io from the account email and include the payment date.

5. Refunds

• A refund request can be submitted to support@missgpt.io with the account email, payment date, plan, and reason for the request.
• A refund may be available for an accidental duplicate payment, technical inability to provide paid access, or other cases required by law.
• After digital access is activated, payment for a used period or used AI credits is non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

6. iOS and the App Store

In the App Store version of MissGPT, digital access, subscriptions, and AI credits must be purchased through Apple In-App Purchase. Web payments through monobank are for the browser version of MissGPT and must not bypass App Store rules.
